Speeding up the energy transition

(Overview)
The world is quickly transitioning away from fossil fuels and towards renewable energy – and batteries are a key enabler. They power electrified transport and facilitate solar and wind installations. A rapid roll-out of renewable energy, at scale, is crucial if we are to avoid devastating temperature increases.

At Morrow, we believe that the batteries needed to power the energy transition can be produced sustainably. How will we do that? Right now, we are:

1: Decarbonising the manufacturing of battery cells and the battery material supply chain.

2: Building a circular battery value chain where our waste is recycled and recycled content is used to produce new battery cells.

3: Creating new chemistries that encompass battery materials with lower environmental impact and are available in abundance.
